How Well Do You Know Your Shit?

Kids love the word "Poop". Somehow it seems to send them into fits of giggles whenever they hear this word. However, poop or "shit" is no laughing business.

Apparently, your poop can tell you interesting things about your health and here is how.

From time to time, it is always a good idea to take a good look at your poop before you flush and here are a few things you can look out for  which may indicate troubles within your body systems...

Just observing the texture of your poop may not be enough information or indication of what is wrong or right. It is best to also observe the shades and colours of your poop as it will provide more information. If your poop is anything other than brown, it is always a good idea to observe and see if the next session delivers the same colour.

Also, do note that the colour of your poop may also be affected by the foods that you eat. For example, people who drink lots of beetroots for example may have dark purple stools.

(Source of infographic: http://www.healthworks.my)

Now that you have read through these stuff... how healthy is your poop? ;)

-------------------------------------------------------
PS: To get healthy poop, it will be a good idea to consume a high fiber diet with lots of water and exercise. It is however difficult to consume 20-25gm of fiber daily as most people only consume 10-15gm of fiber from their daily diets.  To get that extra 10gm of fiber in your diet, you may have to consume another 10 cups of cabbages, carrots or celery everyday! (Yes, just like a rabbit!:))

The other alternative though, is of course to consume FiberGo!:)

Lose 2kg In A Week Using FiberGo! No Exercise Needed!

We have received our FIRST FiberGo testimonial! We passed around some samples in office and here is what one of our HQ staff have to say about the fantastic and yummilicious FiberGo!

I only consumed 7 sachets of FiberGo in total. I was expecting to run for the toilet like other fiber drinks but was pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case. Usually, after I consume a fiber drink, I will experience a stomachache 12-14 hours later and feel the urge to go to the toilet. After I consumed FiberGo, I just went naturally to the toilet without the feeling of stomachache. I used to weigh 70lg and after I finished the sample in a week, I weighed myself and found myself weighing 68kg. That's 2kg loss in a week without doing anything! It's amazing!
- BK, Singapore

PS: BAs in the North America Zone will be pleased to know that FiberGo is going to be available very soon in North America!:)

Oh! World Cup!

Here is a good joke about soccer players during the world cup that had me in tickles!:)

If you are supporting your favourite teams with snacks and beers or if you are living in Asia where the time difference means working the whole day and staying up late all night to catch your favourite matches, here are some helpful AmWell tips that might be helpful for you.

  1. Drink Lots Of Water!
If you are planning to down lots of beer for celebration, don't forget to drink lots of fluids after. Better still, drink lots of water from the AMWater Actify or water that has been put inside the AMGizer so as to replenish the fluids in your body and recharge it for better health. The energized water will also help you keep awake better the next day if you were watching the match in the wee hours of the morning.
  2. Put all your AFT Products Under Your Pillow When You Sleep
In case you did not know, AFT products actually help you sleep better and get better rest so you can be more well rested with the little bit of sleep you might be surviving on. If you have an AMWand, AMPendant, Ki Pendant, wear them on your body or put them under your pillow when you sleep and it will help give you a better nights rest
  3. Massage Your Face With The AMWand
Beers, snacks and late nights are never forgiving on the face. If you are suffering from water retention or dark eye circles, why not try to reduce them INSTANTLY by massaging your face with an AMWand following these directions? And don't forget to wand your energy centres to keep healthy throughout the day too!
  4. Put On Your AMIon Energetic Sports Bands
Watching and intend to cheer and dance in a pub? No worries, put on your AMIon Energized Sports Hand or Neck Bands and you can go dancing whole night long. Lightweight and made for sporty enthusiasts, you need not fear sweat or restriction of movement at all. For male users, the Energized Sports Bands look extra cool, manly and sporty too!:)

How To Sit With More Prospects

cabin aircraft luggage compartments

Big Al shares a great tip on how you could meet more people and sit with more prospects even when you are flying.

According to him, "When flying, try not to get a window seat or an aisle seat. Instead, ask the reservation agent for the middle seat. This way you will have a prospect on either side of you."

That means you have two people you can chat with and talk to.

The next step is to actually get to know them well enough and create a chance to exchange email addresses.

How do you get your prospects' email addresses? Easy.

Somewhere in the conversation, offer to email them some valuable information that they may want. For example,

* A travel site that searches for low fares
* A site with travel tips
* A recipe
* Some travel jokes

Simply mention that you don't have the information with you, but will gladly mail them the information or website address.

Then, use a creative signature file to send the prospect to your sales information.

Examples of creative signatures include:

  • Regards, Tom
